Influenced by TK from Ling tosite sigure: Burnout Syndromes

This is huge! Burnout Syndromes a J-Rock band active since 2005 has outright mentioned they are influenced by TK!



What's surprising is I had just come across them last year through a collab they did with Nao Toyama for a song called Maoh which means Demon King/Demon Queen.

Around that time since I was very taken with the song I watched a video interview they did on Sony's Crunchyroll Youtube channel. The same one that is part of the series TK participated in, Have You Heard?

In any case, looking back on it now with Burnout Syndromes mentioning they are influenced by TK it all makes sense. The hectic piano arrangement and tense pace of the song is so TK.
