Ideally you want to buy new and directly from a music artist's online store or from major, official retailers since second-hand used condition items are sales that do not go to the music artists. So if you are interested in supporting the music artist you should avoid buying second-hand, used items but it is understandable if an item you are looking for is sold out.
#1 HMV Japan Tornado Store: TK and the band have gotten their own custom link the Tornado store on HMV Japan which you should use if you have an item that is still in stock and if you want to support TK and the band.
To help you with importing look into Sendico or Hoyoyo. Familiarize yourself with how the site works and the import fees structure.
#2 CDJapan: They can import on your behalf as well. So if you are looking to make your support count then buying from them is a new sale for TK and goes directly to him.
#3 Mercari Japan: Buying from Mercari Japan since things sold from there have already been previously purchased before anything you buy on there whether new or used would be great for you to save and for the seller who sells the item to you but it is not doing anything to support TK himself. Like I brought up before if you have an out of stock item that likely will never see a restock buying from Mercari Japan is understandable.
Like with HMV Japan with Mercari Japan you will need to look into Sendico or Hoyoyo if you are outside Japan so they can import to your country on your behalf.
#4 Yahoo Japan Auctions: An auction site run by Yahoo in Japan. Much like Mercari Japan. It is a good idea to check in here to see if they might have something not available on Mercari Japan.
For importing help: Sendico or Hoyoyo
#5 Fril Japan: Much like Mercari Japan. They might have items you cannot find on Mercari Japan.
For importing help: Sendico or Hoyoyo
Note: Buyee partnered with Mercari JP can import on your behalf but they do not always have every item on the Mercari JP market available to ship internationally. Recently, ZenMarket and FromJapan have added Mercari JP buying capabilities but I would not be surprised if like Buyee they only allow you to buy some items available on the Mercari Japan marketplace. In that case, Sendico and Hoyoyo can be your backups. They do not have the same issue of limiting you. Although if your item(s) is available on ZenMarket or FromJapan and they happen to be offering coupons or a good promo campaign that can lower your overseas shipping costs then it could be better for you to go with them instead. This on a case-by-case basis. The most important thing is you have many options to choose from!
Such as: ZenMarket, FromJapan, Sendico, Hoyoyo, and Buyee who all ship to various countries so as a TK fan you can certainly get ahold of TK goods.
